cabinets, remove the doors. Hold the cabinets in place against the
bathroom wall, and trace around the bottom edge and bottom corners to
create an installation guide. Remove the cabinets. Locate the studs, and
mark the locations on the wall above and below the cabinet. Put the
cabinets in place, lining up the bottom edge and corners with your
marks. Drill wood screws through the back panels and into the studs.
Reinstall the doors.
For cabinets with thick back panels, mark the screw holes on the panel with a pencil. Drill a small pilot hole at each mark to help the screw stay in place. The correct number of screws depends on the cabinet weight. Check the manual for the manufacturer's recommendation.
Do not tighten the screws completely on the first pass, but leave a small amount of space between the screw head and the back of the cabinet. Check that the cabinet is level before tightening the screws.
